• To analyse the state-of-the-art methods and tools relevant for H-KNOW;
• To elaborate in detail the BCs, clearly identifying business needs and requirements    of the industrial users; 
• To develop the concept of H-KNOW methodology and services
  

• To specify in detail methodology, ontology framework and services for the H-KNOW solution.

Objectives

• To develop H-KNOW methodology,

• To develop the SOA based platform and to implement and integrate the prototypes of the H-KNOW services for MSI, KM and TEL.

• To collect the restoration/maintenance related knowledge from existing knowledge bases and other available sources, as well as from the SME employees - tacit knowledge and to structure it into the H-KNOW CKR
• To apply the collected knowledge within the H-KNOW platform for testing of the Early Prototype and of the Full Prototype for system characteristics verification and assessment.
• To assess the H-KNOW system regarding the predefined assessment criteria
  

• Development of demonstrators to validate and demonstrate the H-KNOW results within the VCN and bring these to the related CI community

• To disseminate the project objectives and its results
• To explore the H-KNOW platform potentials and elaborate the exploitation plans of the partners
  

To achieve project results of high quality within the framework of costs and time through:

• Establishment of the necessary management structure, organisation and decision rules for effective project monitoring and controlling.
• Execution of the overall coordination assuring quality and risk management, and appropriate project progress monitoring.
• Establishment of the appropriate communication flow and methods and reporting calendar
• Execution of local project management
